Hi,
I will be travelling to Japan on April this year 2018. I would like to buy Hiroshima pass and Koyasan World Heritage Ticket ticket however both of the state valid till 30 march 2018. Will these pass renew for April or no more offer for April ?

They will most likely renew. There are a lot of passes that have similar validities and they are renewed each year.

A bit closer to the date, the transport companies will issue new information about their passes. Most stay the same, some have more inclusions. Some get replaced with something else.
