Shinkansen lost property kyoto to tokyo

Yesterday I left my ipad on the hikari shinkansen and am looking for the number to call, as I'm in tendo for the next few days. I think it will be at Tokyo station but I'm not sure if I should be calling JR east, west or central.
If anyone knows which, could you please provide the phone number, preferably an English speaking one or some tips on navigating the situation if there isn't one.

I assume you left it when you got off at Tokyo. Try 050-2016-1603 for English information center of JR East (10 -18) or 050-2016-1601 for lost & found in Japanese (9 -18).
If you remember the time, train car number, possibly the seat number as well that would be helpful.
