No direct bus.
Trasfering at JR Nagano stn for taking Ltd Express until JR Otsuki stn.
There is a bus fr Matsumoto stn, but it is inconvenient, few numbers.
Although it is possible to go to until Otsuki station by just a regular train
without using Ltd Express, but it takes long time and it makes no sense.
Otsuki stn is not the terminal, the last transfer stn for FujiQ Railway, see the access map both.
