Work visa application taking too long

I got my eligibility in april 2017 and submited it to jp embassy pakistan in july 2017....gave interview after week but still got no call for passport collection.its been 7 months...upon asking the embassy i was told that my case was refered to tokyo office and embassy will inform me as soon as they get reply from tokyo office....anybody have gone through such long waiting period?whats hapening any experience or guess will be appreciated..thanks in advance

Why did it take you 3 months to apply ??maybe they are checking all your documents again . Hopefully u will get it soon . Donft worry.
