Wish to visit Mount Fuji 5th station - one day, Kumano Kodo Pilgrimage Trail for two days, Tokyo and Kyoto.
Wish to know if there are any guided tours.

Yes - there are guided tours. A point on Kumano Kodo is there is a lot if information to trawl through for things like routes and how to do it (access, timetables, difficulty etc).
