What different about these SIMFree Phone?

I'm going to visiting Japan next month .
i got my eye on phone which i want to buy it so i searching around the local phone store websites it has these two kind of SIM Free Phone.
国内版 and 楽天版 SIM Free Phone
What different about it ?
But more importantly can i use it when i bring it back to my home country ?

You can't buy 楽天版 as it's a phone you can buy only when you make a contract with Rakuten mobile, which is a mobile operator.
