I noted from various searches that the Ginza branch of Hitsumabushi Bincho branch is located on the 12th floor of Marronnier Gate shopping centre (some stated Tokyo Hands Ginza building) and can be accessed on foot from Ginza or Yurakucho station.

I would appreciate the following help:

1. Which is the correct building - Marronnier Gate shopping centre or Tokyo Hands Ginza building?

2. What is the actual exit from Ginza or Yurakucho station as there are many exit points in these two stations?

3. Possible to provide detailed instructions on how to get to this building after exiting from either of these two stations?

Bincho, an excellent unagi restaurant, is located in the Marronnier Gate (part one) building; there is also a branch of Tokyu Hands in that building.

The address is Tokyo Chuo-ku, Ginza 2-2-14. Google Maps will help you with the rest of your questions.
