3 days itinerary in Tokyo 2018/3/8 13:30
Hi everyone,

Im travelling with my wife and our 4yrs old to Japan soon, need some advise on scheduling itinerary while we we are in Tokyo. We are staying in Shinjuku area and we are good for the first day exploring Shinjuku, Harajuku, Shibuya .

On the second day we thought about Tsukiji market in the morning then we are still figuring things out. Any ideas what is close to Tsukiji market worth checking out ? ( in 30 min walking distance would be great).

Also if we are still planning for the next day, anything really, few areas that really interesting and close to each others.

Cheers guys, look forward to your input

Close to Tsukiji is Hamarikyu garden. A nice garden where you could also enjoy picknick. Then you could take a boat from inside the garden to either Odaiba or Asakusa. So not a long t if walking and quite varied experience for a full day. Look up if you prefer going to Odaiba (in my eyes not so interesting) or Asakusa and see the shrine there.

For the remaining day maybe explore Yanaka. With Nezu shrine and other attractions in the area. Potentially this could be combined with a visit to Ueno zoo or garden.

Enjoy your trip to Tokyo!
