Hi, can anyone tell me where is the best place to shop for kidsf tennis stuffs in Tokyo, particularly tennis shoe and tennis attire for children, appreciate your input, thanks!

Have you tried the Sports Authority stores. Its a large chain, with locations throughout Japan, and they might be able to help or point you in the right direction.
I've brought tennis shoes for a 10 year old there, and they sell racquets and tennis skirts.
