Tokyo in late May 2018 events?

Hi,
I am booked on a trip to Tokyo staying from 15th to 25th of May. I was looking for an alternative hotel and notice there seem to be hard to find rooms around 23-25th of May. This is no weekend (Sat-Sun) so is there any particular event going on these days?
In the event calendar here there is sumo tournament but that stretches all the way from 13th to 27th May and Sanja matsuri is from 18th to 20th of May. Doesn't make sense.
