Itinerary for Tokyo - Hakone - Kyoto - Osaka 2018/3/22 17:25
Hi! May I know if the following makes sense?

Arrive in Narita or Haneda (Tokyo) --- travel to Hakone and stay 2 nights for sightseeing - Travel to DisneySea and spend 1 night - Travel to Kyoto and spend 3 nights discovering Kyoto and Himeji - Travel to and spend 2 nights in Osaka before departing from Kansai airport.

I would start with Disney Sea and then the day after Hakone just to avoid backtracking. But it may depend on the day of the week, if you want to avoid Disney on a weekend.

For Kyoto and Osaka you can choose to stay in one of the two cities for the entire duration or to change hotels. Both cities are close to each other. So depending how much time you will actually spend in Osaka and how much time you need to for changing hotels, staying the entire time in Kyoto might be preferable.
Himeiji from Kyoto is probably only about 15-20 min more than from ShinOsaka.

Enjoy your trip to Japan!
