Hi there,
Where can I get e-liquid with nicotine, without spending a small fortune? I understand that I can import up to 120ml, but 120ml is quite a small amount when accounting for the shipping costs. (I live in Japan, so don't have the luxury of putting it in my carry-on luggage).
I've heard I could buy nicotine concentrate and make my own e-liquid, but I'm not sure where I should be buying it.
Any advice?
