Hi, I'll be going to Japan as an exchange student for 4 month this year. Can anyone tell me what mobile data plan is the best (and cheap)? and how do I get it? I would be grateful if anyone can give me a link in English. And also do I better buy the mobile data prior or at my arrival in Japan? Thank you
