Kawazu station (Izu) luggage lockers

Hi.
We will be travelling from Shimoda to Izu-Inatori, and am thinking of stopping over at Kawazu to visit the Seven Waterfalls.
- does anyone know if there are luggage lockers to keep our bags at Kawazu train station ?
If yes, how much do they cost and what are the approximate sizes ?
- alternatively, is there an email address for the local tourist office at Kawazu ?
- what is the bus timetable between Kawazu station and the Seven Waterfalls (October) ?
How much does the bus fare cost ?
Do we have to pay the exact fare to the bus driver or does he/she give change ?
