Kawaguchiko cherry blossom dates

I plan on spending a day/night by Lake Kawaguchiko on the 14th April and then visiting Chureito Pagoda on the 15th. I know that the Kawaguchiko cherry blossom festival this year goes from the 14th until the 22nd of April.
The current Japan-guide forecast has the "best viewing" cherry blossom forecast for Fuki Five Lakes down as from the 6th - 14th. Does anyone happen to know any more about when the "actual" first bloom and bull bloom for Kawaguchiko might be? I'm just hoping that being there on the 14th will be a good time for cherry blossoms.
Japan-guide mentioned that Fuji Five Lakes started blooming on the 2nd April. But I'm wondering if Kawaguchiko might be different from that general area forecast.
