Lost belonging in the hotel

I had contact with the hotel
Unlucky the hotel say they can't send item overseas but can deliver in japan.
So my last option is contact any acquaintance who live in Tokyo for a help to send it back.
If someone has another option. please advise me how should i do.

What's the approximate value of the item? You might try dealing with a shipping company like Kuroneko Yamato or a freight forwarding company like Nippon Express (Nittsu). Check and see what Japanese freight companies have branch offices in your country and contact them for advice.
