ok , so elsewhere the site Tenso has been recommended. I was considering signing up along with buyee.jp Has anyone reading this used either online service? I'm hesitant about providing the ID required for shipping with Tenso, hence considering Buyee. Simply trying to buy some notebooks I purchased when in Tokyo https://blog.goo.ne.jp/reiko-haruharu/e/88a7c9cf4d4d52d7f1a497bcff275e...

I think I read before, if using a virtual Address, according to the Japan law, you are required to product ID, but if you have the company to buy for you, no ID is required. But it's best to read all the information on the site provided before signing up.

I have used tenso to forward clothing and cdfs bought online for over a year now without any problems. Most of the time I get the items in less than a week. I highly recommended them. Note - They cannot ship alcohol.

All depends what do you want to buy. You can buy a lot from amazon but you should check if the product of your choice is original (made in Japan). You can use https://www.takaski.com where all products are guaranteed to be original and being shipped direct from Tokyo. They use Japanese post. I've never used Tenso.com thus I can't comment on their service.
