Hi,
Just wondering if there is significant price difference for cosmetics / personal care items between different outlet types. For the exact same type of item (same brand/size/variant/etc), is it cheaper to buy from a traditional drugstore like Matsumoto Kiyoshi, or from a niche personal care shop like Ainz & Tulpe?
