Takachiho to Nobeoka by bus

I know there is bus from Takachiho to Nobeoka and back.
We would like to use it, However all the information is in Japaneses.... :-(

1. How can I find ENGLISH scheduling for buses in both direction?

2. Do we need to book in advance? How?

3. Is there is email address for any of the companies? so we can ask directly?

4. Anyone know about Takachiho tourist information ENGLISH email?

No need, just purchase upon arrival at the bus center.
FYI, if you are planning a return trip by bus, be sure to purchase a day pass, instead of a return ticket. For a strange reason, a day pass is cheaper than a return ticket.

If my memory serves me right, it takes about half hour to walk from Takachiho bus station to the gorge.
It is all downhill, fairly easy walk. However, coming back could be rather tough, especially if you are elderly, I would recommend "the bus".
