why c.o.e is not issue or rejected ... whats the main reason behind it.

i submited my documents through a sponser atlest 3 months ago for a july intake me and my 2 friends documents with submited on the same day but few days ago my consultant told me that your c.o.e is not issued but 2 other friends c.o.e recived to school whats the reason its mean my c.o.e is reject or any other reason... and when the c.o.e rejected and why could u tell me that whats main reson can be c.o.e rejected ...

No; it means a decision has not yet been made (or at least, not been communicated to your sponsor). Wait some more.

i think you are saying that my sponser did not applied my documents for c.o.e so therefor the c.o.e is not issue still... and my consultant tell me that your c.o.e apply for october intake i was thinking that my consultan made me fool for july intake they just submitted my 2 friends documents not my and sponser just applied for c.o.e only them..

I think your COE is not rejected, it can be still under process.
Because if the COE is rejected, they will send letter of rejection.


Try to talk with your sponsor, he can call immigration to get uptade about it.
They can say what is going on with your COE

i cant dairectly talk with my sponser other party involved and they are leading my case from a long spen but i have talked with my consultant he were saying me he will apply my c.o.e for october intake now i'm very disheart and unhappy because he not tell me every thing clear..

Well... it's a bit frustrating and sad it is like that.
Can be that they did not have all documents ready to submit yours on time.
Now you can not do anything but wait.

whtas the main reason could be c.o.e rejected can you tell me some major reason..

Mostly COE can be rejected for lack of documents, or if documents are only copy as they ask to submit original documents.
Also financial issues.
Immigration might call and ask to submit some more documents, but they give deadline so if you do not submit the missing documents on time, it can be rejected.

after rejected of C.O.E when a person can apply again for C.O.E

It depends... if you know exactly the reason why the COE was rejected, you can fix this and submit some months after
Generally it can be 6 months after
