Koseki tohon for marriage

Hello I have a question with my koseki tohon. I'm Half Filipino - Japanese but I re-announce my citizen as Japanese. The problem is I'm going to marry a Filipino Citizen and we already have child. I registered my son as Japanese citizen and the Embassy told me that I'm now the head of the family. And now I need koseki tohon for the legal capacity. My question is what am I going to get, my old koseki tohon or my new koseki tohon (I'm the head of the family). I need to fill up the form for koseki tohon if whose the head of the family. Sorry for this question.
