Private onsen near Kyoto

Hello,
Can anyone recommend a nice onsen near Kyoto in which I can rent out a private bath. My wife and I have never been to a hot spring so would feel more comfortable bathing together. Ideally the onsen would be somewhere just outside the city so that an additional walk in the countryside would be an option.
