Getting the Ghibli tickets barcode

Hi.
I purchased ghibli tickets on the Lawson English website last month. My visit is supposed to be next Wednesday (the 20th of june). And I've been trying to sign in on their website so I can get my tickets printed, but I am having some troubles with that. It tells me that either my phone number, email or password are wrong. I've wrote my 4-digit password on a paper when I bought the tickets so I am pretty sure that's right. So I do not understand why it's not working. I have sent them an email but haven't gotten an answer yet and I'm starting to really worry. Has anyone else experienced this?
