Early redemption of JR Kansai Wide Area Pass

Good day!
Id like to ask if there will be any problem if we exchange our order form 1 day ahead of the date we originally picked when we purchased it online?
Our flight was changed to 1 day early from the original flight.

From my understanding, you can exchange it earlier, but you have to indicate when you want to have the pass to start.

Kms899, thank you for that information. I was so worried that i had to claim it 1 day ahead and that they might not allow me.
