Shimano Kaido cycle ride 2018/6/19 05:13
My husband and I are planning to do this bike ride later this year. My husband requires an e-bike, and we wanted to do the ride over two days enabling us to take in the sights and not be rushed.
What I'm unsure about is if we would be able to hire an e-bike one morning and then return it the next afternoon, ie two consecutive days of hire?
Does anyone know if this is possible, or alternatively does anyone have an email address for the public bike rental company so I might be able to send them this query directly?
Thank you!

If you are referring to the Shimanami Kaido, this may help.

A little Google search helps.

Not directly to your question but I had gathered here multiple information on the ride, so maybe helpful :

And here a summary of the actual experience. I also did it in 2 days and really loved the scenery and the dedicated lanes on the bridges.

BTW if you are considering cycling also in other regions the cycling in Kibiplain close to Okayama is also very nice (and really flat):

Enjoy your trip to Japan
