Recommend a place for green tea

Can anyone recommend a good place to sample high quality green tea at a tea house somewhere local in Osaka, not Kyoto, nara etc., I was recommended Takumi-no Yakata at Uji, but it's kind of too far. I know there are some in local gardens, what is your recommendation.

This is just one example, but there must be tons of these places in Kyoto.

Then you should go to the department stores. At the food section, usually basement (Depa-chika), they sell high quality green tea.

Thanks for the reply, no I'm not looking for those Tea ceremony place, infact I'm looking for those quiet places like a tea house in those large public garden places, but after posting this thread I found this place https://www.osakachakai.jp/ which is actually in the area I'm visiting, so I will go there as well, but i'm open to suggestions.

Thanks, but I intend to stay in the Kansai area or more around Osaka Prefecture. I know Uji is probably the best in this area.
