Sofmap is one of famous used shop in Japan.
BOOKOFF and Geo are also famous.
As others recommended you, Nihonbashi is good town to get used electrical products.
It's near Namba. You can go there using subway.
Although I recommend you to buy them via internet shopping...
In old days there were many good electrical shops in Nihonbashi, but currently some of them closed their shops and re-opened as net shops.
Nowadays Nihonbashi isn't electrical but Anime town...
