Extension with a foreign contract job

Hello,
I took 1 year spouse visa in March of this year. I started my job in Japan on June 1st, but since my wife is pregnant, she had to quit her job and I am looking for a new job, since the salary of the actual job is not high enough to cover all the expenses. I have an opportunity with an Italian company, and under an Italian contract to earn enough.
I am wondering: since the contract will be Italian, I could have problem next year during the visa renewal?
Or it will be fine just paying the Japanese taxes and declaring the salary and the contract statements.
