Kusatsu to Matsumoto, Norikura, Kiso Valley?

Hello,
i need help planning this trip
from Kusatsuonsen to Norikura (Zengoronotaki, Ushidome Pond, Sanbondaki, Highland, Mt. Norikura) with stay at Awanoyu Onsen
from Awanoyu Onsen to Kiso Valley Magome-Tsumago Trail and then to Osaka
How is it possible to do so? I have 1 day on Norikura (maybe arrive early in the morning) and 1 Day at Kiso valley with departure in the evening to Osaka.
Public Transportation only. Maybe private driver also? We are 2 persons with backpack and luggage.
