The jingle that plays on the Hakodate Ropeway

I recently went to Hakodate, I heard the Jingle inside the rope way and I really thought it was a nice tune! I then tried to look it up online in both Japanese (limited) and English and found no result. Do any of you know if its a historic song or a song or just a jingle?

I could be wrong, but it reminded me of "Eternally" by GLAY. It sounds very different with vs. without the lyrics.
