Milk Kefir and water(with grains) to Japan

Hello, everyone.... I just want to ask if is it ok to bring milk and water kefir grains to Japan?
I am having doubts because I know that poultry products(including dairy) are prohibited to bring in Japan or subjected to quarantine...
I do not have the time to dry my MKG and WKG so I have to bring it while fermenting (small amount of milk and sugar water only)...
I need this for my GERD...
