Renting Pocket Wifi at Fukuoka Airport

Is it possible to rent a pocket Wifi device at Fukuoka Airport on the day of arrival without having to pre-book it over the internet first? From what I've seen most companies seem to require a reservation over their website with a credit card. I have a credit card, but I don't want to use it for online payments if possible... I've had my credit card information stolen by a third-party twice in the last two years now, so I am trying to avoid it as far as possible.

As far as I've searched, it is difficult to take this course.
So instead of it, I'd like you to suggest three things for not to "my credit card information stolen by a third-party."


1. When you place your order online on a certain company, check URL of its website. If it is "https," your credit card information is crypted and no third-parties can stole the information technically.


2. When you place your order online, don't use free WiFi spots. Use secured & personal WiFi.


3. If the company use Paypal or Stripe as their payment system, you can somewhat trust it. Otherwise, avoid it.


After keeping those notes, IF you come to want to rent a pocket WiFi router online. Check the list below.
