Guide for Fuji climbing as a group

We`re come with 23persons and would like to climbing on 25Aug.
We were already prepared a rental bus with driver to arrived at Fujisan 5th (Yoshida or Fujinomiya *not decided yet) about 12.00AM.
So I would like to ask you 2 question.
1.Did you be able to service us a guide for 1 person?How much? (English communication is not necessary ,We can speak Japanese).
2.If you did agree on 1st question, Could you help us to find hotel for 23persons on that day?
If you did not agree on 1st question, Could you introduced us other service Fujisan guide company?
PS.We`re not confirm rental bus yet, So if you had this kind of service,please offer the information.
