Are there any foot baths in Fukuoka/Hakata area? I will be staying at a hotel near Hakata Station and visiting in October.

There is one at Kego Shrine, next to Kego Park in Tenjin, where the Solaria Bldg is. I think you can still rent a towel at the shrine office. There are full hot spring places close by as well. http://www.thejapanfaq.com/fukpic.html
