Can the 4 days JR San'in-Okayama Area Pass (valid on non-reserved seats only) be used on the LTD. EXP SUPER INABA 3 OKAYAMA - TOTTORI. How much extra do I need to pay for a reserved seat.

Yes, the pass fully covers non-reserved seats on the Inaba. If you use reserved seats, you have to pay not only the reservation fee but also the limited express fee. From Okayama to Tottori this totals 2020 ,2220 or 2420 yen, depending on the day of travel.
