Mailing to items to Japan without address

Hi all,
I bought some tickets for a tour in Japan from China and they have not been mailed out yet. Since I will be leaving for Japan in a week or so I need to mail the tickets to Japan directly and pick it up there.
I don't live in Japan so I don't have an address I can mail the tickets to. I was wondering if there is a service in Japan where they can hold you mail for a couple of days. If I can mail it to a post office how do I do that? Is there any alternative services? I will likely need to pick this mail up from either Sapporo or Osaka.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Easiest solution may be just to have them sent to your hotel and inform reception that you are expecting something with your name on it.
