Kyoto Imperial Palace and Sento Palace Tours

I'm interested in doing the tours for the imperial palaces in Kyoto, both the Kyoto Imperial Palace and the Sento Imperial Palace.
The tour in english for Kyoto Imperial Palace starts at 10.00 and is 50 mins long. The tour for Sento Palace starts at 11.00. Is there enough time to do the first and get there for the second? I assume the Sento tour will start hard on 11.00. Or is it better to do the Sento tour at the later time of 1.30?
