Looking for a hotspring hotel near Mt. Fuji?

My husband and I were trying to find one for our trip next year, possibly one with a private bath, but public is fine, just no mixed with a view of Mt Fuji for June 19-20th 2019. We did not want to go over 500 usd if possible for one night, and wanted breakfast and or breakfast and dinner included. Is this possible and where might one be located for that date? Thank you for your help.

I think that the hotels along the northeastern shores of Lake Kawaguchi have some of the best views. All of them also have baths, although, I find their water rather boring and often mixed with chloride. The further to the west, the better are the views.
