1. We are planning to travel to Japan from 1st March - 10th March 2019. 2. We will touchdown and boarding from Narita airport 3. We plan to skiing in Gala Yuzawa. Does Hokuriku Arch Pass cover until Gala Yuzawa shinkansen train station ? 4. Can you suggest how we can travel to Gala Yuzawa via Hokuriku Arch Pass 5. Is there any other ski resort we can go along the New Golden Route using Hokuriku Arch Pass ? 6. Can you suggest a suitable itinerary for our trip

Gala Yuzawa is not along New Golden Route suggested by Japan Guide. https://www.japan-guide.com/ad/new-golden-route/Hokuriku Arch Pass is not valid for Takasaki -- Echigo-Yuzawa -- Gala Yuzawa. https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2361_arch.htmlMaybe you confused the two Shinkansen lines, Hokuriku Shinkansen (which goes via Joetsumyoko Sta. in Niigata Prefecture) and Joetsu Shinkansen (which goes via Echigo-Yuzawa Sta. in Niigata Prefecture). Gala Yuzawa Station is open only during the skiing season, which ended on the 22th of April in 2018, for example. Some Joetsu Shinkansen trains run between Tokyo Station and Gala Yuzawa Station.

What other places do you hope to visit? Depending on your itinerary, JR East Pass (Nagano, Niigata area) may be suitable. https://www.jreast.co.jp/e/eastpass_n/Narita Airport [NRT] is actually outside Tokyo Metropolis. When in the day is your flight arrival expected? Will you stay overnight somewhere in Tokyo?
