Portable fan - where would a local buy it?

Please let me know where can one buy an inexpensive portable room fan in Kanazawa and Okayama (not online). If you have a link for any, please include (I would like to know the cost too). Thanks.

A big electronics shop like Bic or Yodobashi. A big discount shop like Don Quijote. Or a smaller local shop that I can�ft name.

Recently I bought 2 portable fans for 7000 yen (3500 yen each including tax) at our nearby "home center" NAFCO.

The brand was YUASA (have you heard of it? I have never.) and as I checked the price on the net it seems to be rather cheaper than the internet shops.

Yuasa is a fairly large electronics company. We have some of their products in Australia.
