Please let me know where can one buy an inexpensive portable room fan in Kanazawa and Okayama (not online). If you have a link for any, please include (I would like to know the cost too). Thanks.

A big electronics shop like Bic or Yodobashi. A big discount shop like Don Quijote. Or a smaller local shop that I canft name.

Three Donki stores in Kanazawa too. Plenty of options in both of these cities.
