The JR East Nagano Niigata Pass covers the Hokuriku Shinkansen from Tokyo to Joetsu Myoko Station, while the JR Hokuriku Pass covers it from Kurobe Unazuki Onsen Station to Kanazawa. However, the section between Joetsu Myoko Station and Kurobe Unazuki Onsen Station is not covered by either pass.

Whether a rail pass is suitable or not
depends also on your itinerary and timeline.

On the Hokuriku Shinkansen,
the boundary between JR-East and JR-West
is at Joetsumyoko Station.

Currently
only a few passes of which both JR-East and JR-West are the issuers
(e.g. Japan Rail Pass) are valid fully for Tokyo -- Joetsumyoko -- Kanazawa,
and only one pass among the nine JR-West rail passes
(= Kansai-Hokuriku area pass) is valid fully for Joetsumyoko -- Kanazawa.

"Non-Stop" to Kanazawa, no. Trains are designed to make many stops along the way. Do you mean "with out transfers", yes. Very easy.
