Does anyone have experience with buying Japanese Makeup brushes whilst in Japan? I am in Kyoto this week then traveling to Hiroshima and Kyushu.
Any brands/shops/workshops I should check out? Thank you!

My wife swears by Hakuhodo brushes. Their flagship store is in Kyoto, on Teramachi. They're professional make-up brushes, so they might be quite pricey. They have all sorts of hair - cat, goat, weasel, squirrel etc.
