Affordable dental implants in Tokyo

An old thread didn't provide any information and I am looking for an English speaking dentist specialized in implants. I need two implants and am willing to travel outside of Tokyo for affordable dentistry. I have insurance but it doesn't seem to cover implants or even part of the cost. I am considering South Korea or Thailand as well but would appreciate any good advice.

I used Yamanaka Dental last year (http://www.hamadayama-implant.com/) for some work, but that was covered by insurance. For implants - maybe not, and they are expensive (I have one - really long time).

I am aware of some people that go to the Philippines for dental work due to cost.
