CoE rejected, when to apply

Hello guys.
I want to ask something.
I applied CoE for student visa (Oct intake) this year. But i got rejected.
The reason is because my father (as my sponsor) salary was too litle.

Actually, my mother also has business, like a private course and canteen. But, in the previous apply, i didnt tag her as my sponsor too. Its cause in my mother id card, her status is "housewife".
So guys, do you think can i re-apply for April intake ? I will add my mother as my sponsor and will ask a document that prove my mother has own business.

If CoE got rejected, will it be harder to get the CoE in the next re apply ?

CoE can be applied as many times you want.
It is handled as an individual case.

If a visa has been rejected than you need to wait 6 months
