Purchasing Tateyama Alpine Route Tickets

I am currently planning to travel the round trip journey from Tateyama Station to Kurobe Dam and back, I intend to do this Alphine route on a Sunday just after arriving in Japan. After reading over Tateyama Kurobe Alphine Route website, I cannot work out the ticketing process and I am still trying to answer the following questions.
Will the Tateyama station web ticket office be open on a Sunday?
If it is not open, how do you buy or reserve tickets?

Ticket office is open anytime while working the transportation system.
Acording to the Tateyama Kurobe Alphine Route website in Japanese,
The day you ride, You can get the ticket at the ticket office in exchange for showing the barcode that issued when you reserved on the web.
