Forget about the Kazurabashi hotel. You may visit the Kazurabashi bridge, or try the Kazurabashi hotel's rotenburos, but stay the night at Iya onsen hotel.

Yes, Kazurabashi bridge ( the vine bridge) is closer to the Kasurabashi hotel, but not the mannekin piss.
In fact, the " Peeing Boy Statue " is just minutes walk from the Iya hotel.
If you stay at Iya hotel, you can request a free pick up from the Obako? station, and the next morning request a lift to the Kasurabashi bridge.

Hotel Iya Onsen is not cheap, but it is worth every bit. You asked where to stay. That's what you're going to be suggested.

A car will be really useful in that area. Places aren't that far away from each other (the vine bridge to Iya Onsen Hotel is circa 10 mins in the car (probably less, but I can't remember with certainty), and the peeing boy (which isn't really anything special - other than that there's a good view down the valley from the spot where it is) is about another 5 or so minutes drive further on past the hotel, but it would take some time to walk it and you'd be walking along a steep, winding, road.

Fair do's, my mistaken memory. OP would have realised that if they checked it on a map....

..also, if OP had googled "taxis in Iya Valley" or "hiking map Iya Valley", they would also have got answers to both of those questions...
