Hard to find room in Kyoto

I want to stay 3 nights near Kyoto station. But when serching on booking or agoda, there is running out of rooms. The remainging is too high for my bugdet. Could someone show me contact of any hotel you know?

Kyoto is not far from neighbor cities, so it might be possible to stay Otsu, Kusatsu, Ogoto.

Osaka is only 30-45 mins by train. Easy to stay there and visit Kyoto. Lots of rooms in Osaka.

Otsu is nice, I'd prefer it to Osaka personally. Uji is very nice and a short train ride away. I'd stay at either.

I stay kyoto for 4 nights so i want to stay there. Moving between Osaka and Kyoto is little tired.

It take about just 30-40 min. from Hama-Otsu to Sijo Kyoto by Keihan train which is connected to Kyoto subway directly.

And also you can visit Nijojo Higashi yama area by the same line.

It might not be wastful to check the hotels near Hama-Otsu satation.

when you say without sharing, do you mean sharing rooms like hostel, or just sharing toilets and shower.

What is your reason for wanting to stay near the Kyoto Station? You may be restricting yourself too much by doing so. What are the sights you plan to visit in Kyoto?

I would expand the search area where it is one train or subway ride (no transfers) away from Kyoto Station.

these are always more expensive, and as above suggestion. Pick a hotel further away from Kyoto station, they become a lot cheaper.
