Change your name when you naturalize? 2018/10/5 06:58
Hi there, do you have to change your last name to a Japanese last name when you naturalize say you don't naturalize through marriage? Can you keep your Katakana translated English name?

Yes, you can keep your katakana last name when you naturalize, or you can choose kanji for it, or you can choose a new Japanese name altogether.
