Hi there, let's say if I am on a long term stay for sightseeing/recreation visa, what's the best way for me to rent an apartment or a house without a Houshonin (guarantor)?

I do not know if there are rental property of the conditions you want. https://en.leopalace21.com/https://en.leopalace21.com/life/knowledge.htmlIf you study Japanese, you can find at rental property search sites, https://realestate.yahoo.co.jp/rent/theme07/but do not premise to lend it to foreigners, so it is not necessary to negotiate directly to the landlord (lender) through the real estate agent in the end, there is no way. Even if the rent is cheap, you can not purchase furniture, bedding, home appliances, and do procedures of electricity, gas, water, internet line, can't you? Are you also a disease with memory disorder? Or, are you infected by a virus that destroys erotic image folders when you write a reply? http://bit.ly/2OdfW48

"long term stay for sightseeing/recreation visa" - you know there is a requirement to have 30 million yen CASH for one of those. Doesn't line up with your budget or other plans (like your question about naturalisation).
(5) Documents such as a bankbook to prove that the applicantfs savings is more than 30 million Japanese yen along with the records indicating the current balance as well as deposits and withdrawals for the past 6 months.
