COE denied

konichiwa.. im a Filipina ex trainee in japan for 3 years.. i met a japanese and we dated for a year
1 month before my contract ends we planned to get married, immigration personnel told us to wait for 3 months.
My husband planned to go with me in Philippines sadly his mother died a day before the flight so i came home alone
He received letter that my COE is denied
Im very stressed because i missed my husband so much..
Please give me some answers on what to do
Im thinking to go to japan as tourist but im worrying that i will get denied again
waiting for response

What was the reason for the denial?

we still dont know it is not written on the letter
my need husband needs to wait for 10 days before he go to immigration office

i had a idea why it is denied my husband dont have job now.. is there possibilities for him to appeal
can i apply for tourist visa? or can i apply any work in japan?i dont have any bad record in japan during my stay in 3 years

Since you have a demonstrated intent to live in Japan long-term, a tourist visa will almost certainly be denied since you would be deemed at a high risk of overstay.
